  4.  @tonyjoka2346  Because America was rather empty of people in comparison to already crowded Europe when Europeans found America. 25 million of native Americans lived in North America the area that is 2.5 times larger than Europe with 100 million people. So back then Europe was 10 times more densely populated than North America. When 90% of native Americans died - vast majority of them because of diseases imported from the old world then America was even more empty.

  5.  @jimbocho660  Don't be silly. The definition of Genocide from Wikipedia: "Genocide is the intentional destruction of a people[a] in whole or in part". There was no intent to destroy native American. After all Europeans needed more people in an empty America. Native Americans died because of diseases that came from the old world and since back then Europeans didn't know how diseases spread they couldn't prevent them from killing native Americans.
