  5. OMG this is a huge win for free speech and Trump who was banned from twitter before the elections because twitter supported Biden. I hope someday the next president Trump will throw twitter executives that ban him to jail for what they did to elections.

Those that can shape the public opinion and get sued by victims and those that just distribute data without shaping the opinion and nobody can sue them. Twitter broke the law by removing Trump from the platform while it pretends to just distribute the data so Trump cannot sue it. The number of people who don't seem to understand this is staggering.
