@Mightiflier He might be charged of rape attempt if his pants were down. All people deserve the fair trial. Many men are actually victims of false rape accusations by women. I don't know what happened here but it would be quite possible that woman had something to do with the "rape" because she spent 40 minutes near him - this is not what a normal woman would. It is possible that they were dating... We don't know the real story here.

@Mightiflier yes but where is the clear evidence? Just laying on her doesn't mean he raped her. Court will dismiss the rape charges without evidence that he penetrated her with his d... I hate rapists but you need strong evidence to charge them. It was interesting to see how many protected the mass rapist Cosby where many women told the same story how he raped them by drugging them first. I bet the same people that support clear rapist (evidence includes finding sperm inside many victims) now want to charge this man without the clear evidence.

@Mightiflier I speak three languages rather fluently but this is common in my country Slovenia. Melania Trump can speak 5 languages. I think you are idealising women. Many are crazy and many normal women have wild fantasies. I actually have one interesting sexual experience on Vienna metro train when I was working there. It was fully packed with people. I was leaning against the wall and just in front of me there was standing a really hot woman. She was Turkish woman - mostly white with a tan. I didn't need to touch her but I touched her back with the front of my body. She moved away and looked back at me. Unfortunately she was married and had two children. Her husband was a really nice guy but she felt zero attraction toward him so this is the reason why she was with me. I am a tall tough looking guy. God knows what was really going on with that guy and that woman and bystanders on that train but I wouldn't rush to conclusion until we know more about the case.

There is something FISHY here! Why would any woman stand or sit 40 minutes next to a stranger that is grabbing her body? She would go away from him. I bet she knew him or they were couple and this is the reason why nobody intervened. Media made a huge story out of dispute between couple. I hope the guy will go after media for publicly bashing him and I hope he will get millions from the media.

@shaemccoy7445 very drunk people are looking for trouble. It is quite common that drunk women are looking for sex and then they change their minds. I guess camera will show what really happened.
