@xenophanes1598 actually I was wrong about what Mrs Smith wants to look like. She could have quite a lot of hair so her ailment is really mild. She could easily hide the thin hair problem by adding some hairs but she thinks she is so beautiful that she doesn't need hair. Most people think she is into feminist "woman warrior" look and for such crazy women the joke was a compliment. She is crazy and arrogant because she thinks she is a beauty without hair. Will Smith is just her dumb puppet.
