  1. Hello Vanessa. Cracking video and lovely story at the end. Shall certainly think of it next time I see oat cakes! Amazing whistle on the loco, seemed to echo around the valley. Travelled behind a similar loco a few years ago in Devon, amazing sound. Well done with the river and looks like you’ve found a classic hostelry, cheers 🍻.   2.  @themindfulnarrowboat  Thank you Vanessa & you too. The Paignton to Dartmouth railway if you’re ever that way. The loco is named “Omaha” and red in colour, very striking with a distinctive whistle, and now just one more oatcake which hopefully won’t go with a bang!
