As a russian i think russia should be numer 3 or 4 the thing you don’t understand is that they (putin and the oligarchs) don’t want war they want money.And they steal from the gov money by the pretext that “we are developing weapons “ that don’t work ( a lot of fails).So the reality is like this they are testing weapons that cost a lot meanwhile people in russia starve and drink to death,and the weapons dont even work
