Capitalism brings technologies to the consumers(ppl) bc they want to make a profit, governments on the other hand don’t need to make a profit so there isn’t a reason for them to make technology available. ussr supposedly invented a he fist mobile phone but nothing happened after that, while in capitalism the first phone call was made and it went straight to the market.
