I very often act out my dreams while im sleeping once i woke up punching and kicking the bed next because i was having a fight in my dream I also have lucid dreams quite often infact my lucid dreams are usually the only dreams i remember. ive also never had sleep paralysis i actually never even knew it was a thing until a year ago (and im not young) I wonder if the fact i might not be getting enough of whatever hormone that "paralyzes you when your sleeping be linked to why i have lucid dreams so often
