  1. most black Israelites came to Israel on tourist visas in the 1970s and then refused to leave and many of them still there til this day, there are people who and black and Jewish and can move to Israel legally, but they dont meet this definition, and they are visa overstayers so what other county would be ok with people other than fleeing refugees who overstayers who immigrated illegally, of course they should be deported back to America but even they they weren't deported, if you are black and want to immigrate legally to America there are many ways to do so legally
