This happened to a couple and the government took away 3 or their 4 children for nearly two years even though the dna test prooved he was the father and she was related to the children but wasn't their mother they both lost custody and nearly permanently because the government thought they were trying to commit fraud the government had a socailworker in the room with her while she was giving birth to her 4th child was in the room when she gave birth and they did two blood tests at the hospital in front of the socail worker which prooved this child wasn't hers either and the government was trying to remove this child from their custody too
