In big cities there is still enough who know English there in Russia,but amount of those people,it seems,will be go more and more less,and in provinces and small towns,yep,people don't,mmm,use English in everyday,let's call it so,and know it,mmm,very basically.And for now,yeah,there is a problem with direct transport connections,so,if You risky enough,You should try fly through third side countries (Serbia,Turkey,Egypt, the UAE,and,maybe,some others). But the main question is do You really need this? Think Yourself and listen only to Yourself,Your thoughts and feelings,pros and cons.
