  2. Well,good question. For now it's still not so hard inspite of fact that gov. (Roskomnadzor) 24/7 is trying to block "extremist and foreign agent media" as they call it.But as time goes there might be even more censorship: therebs rumors that by autumn there'll be upgrade of automatic system,which is filtering all internet data in country (vpn's, tor, p2p net and so on).Also there'll be russian web certificates,which means that foreigners and users with non-russian browsers can't be able to enter russian sites. And don't forget that inspite that we're in xxi century there's still low level of russians who know and can understand foreign languages, especially in provinces.
