  1. That's common sense. Why are we paying !!! They have people who interpret for them when they need something , use those ! I met a foreign lady who got paid to advise what benefits her community where entitled to , so I know they have their own system of help when it suits them...

  2. ​ @mizlalisaac6369  they do have to pass English exams. I knew someone who kept failing and his English seemed pretty good to me
