  4. Never did get equal pay. I left a company after 5.5 years. I was the most experienced clerk there. I was accidentally sent a list of wages. Young men, less experienced were being paid 6000 I was on 4000. So much for equal pay. Nothing was equal for our generation, especially as a woman. Youngsters don't understand things were much different for us. That's why we mostly didn't have retirement funds or the money to invest.
