  7. My son's scared, he has CFS. Misunderstood illness. I'm a pensioner, I was hospitalised after a breakdown through running my business. I sat with my back against the wall with a book because it was violent in there. DWP won't understand this subject.

  10. Yes when I left a company I worked for (5.5 years) I was accidentally sent a sheet with all the salaries on. I was easily the most experienced staff member My salary 4000 , new male staff member less experienced 6000. I was shocked . So much for equality. We were the generation of women not expected to have careers. Get married have children stay at home. No sacrificing to help a woman's career.. What a waste of potential.

  13. I was in 3 weeks, sat with my back against the wall with a book help up like a shield. Why ? To avoid anyone coming up behind me and to avoid being hit by flying ash trays. DWP have no idea. I'd had a bad breakdown through running my own business. 18 months I'd been on 3 hrs sleep working trying to keep my business I cracked up.

  15.  @paulfletcher3998  I've a friend just tried to apply for PIP, she's convinced she won't get it sadly. My son should be on PIP but won't even apply, he's convinced it will put a target on his back. Totally paranoid about being on benefits. It makes you feel paranoid because ultimately the power is out of your hands. I looked forward to my pension only to suddenly be told that I was on "a benefit" yet again. I'm stressed out now with this Labour govt. I have PTSD. So yes I feel your pain..🥺 I wish you all the best with the PIP form.

I'm very concerned about him at the moment as he's feeling very threatened that they will come after him. Makes both him and myself very depressed. He's 39 next month. Life is miserable for him at the best of times , now he's worrying about his benefits again. Thank you for the information, Everything crossed for you getting this all sorted 🤞

So we didn't go to work same as youngsters We didn't struggle to get on the housing ladder when house prices suddenly shot up and we had to fight to find a falling down terrace whilst being gazumped by other buyers. Oh , yes and we didn't have a 15% mortgage rate uplift and have to work night shifts and take second jobs. No we had it terribly cushy and now we're all millionaires too. Don't make me laugh... Who paid your parents/grandparents pensions ? Govt ? No this elderly generation did ! That's where our money went. Mismanagement of governments have caused this.
