  2.  @trishwoolmer8083  I'm seriously worried about this. I can't afford council tax. Now they are also talking taxing you on the value of your house. How the hell can I afford that on under 13000 a year ! It's a plan to steal houses as far as I can see Someone needs to do something and quickly. This lot have gone crackers. Don't like ANY of them.
