  6. Pension credit needs be under around 11300 New State Pension is 11502 so won't apply. Personal tax allowance 12570 so if state pension plus any private pension less this amount , rest is taxed. So caught in this and paying tax. This depletes the actual amount of the triple lock Giving and taking it away.
