  1. Birmingham were terrible, told me Id moved out and been overpaid and I had to pay back 300 pnds. Took me 6 months to prove I hadnt moved out. Wouldn't accept letter from my landlord (housing association) Actually told me "you've had a bill, its right, now pay it " ! Eventually I found one employee who said well that can't be right, you know where you live ! The relief ! Heard her tell her boss, he said straight away, thats obviously another error. It was sorted the same day. 5 phone calls 3 emails 6 months Solved by 2 people with common sense. I moved out of a lovely flat to another council who are really great to deal with.
