  3. Most have houses, it's another organised scam. In an ideal world it would be genuine but things have changed.

  4. I saw one get out of his brilliant white Mercedes with clean clothes on and go into a shop. I've also watched them swapping shifts. I stopped giving then I tell them I give to people I know. Evidently so long as they aren't aggressive it's not a police matter. I believed we had laws to stop begging, seems not. I feel desperately sorry for genuine people but these beggars have taken over.
