  3. ​ @tsavin  ????? Define this.. If I go to work I can get it even with an income of 512 a week ? But if I have a small works pension I won't get it even though my works pension income is now taxable leaving me with a living income under 13k That makes no sense

  4.  @carolineyoungs5878  worked mine out taking off the 200 like you 3.00 a week. If I hear them say one more time we are protected and lucky to have the triple lock !! 🤬 It's not even a subsistence increase ! I'm also concerned about the council tax. I don't trust this lot one bit

  6. The answer is he has no respect for anyone that doesn't work. He doesn't want to support them, even if they've paid in. He will go after anyone not working. Next year triple lock payment 460 a year , less tax will be 360 a year, 7.00 a week for me. (Not putting up the tax allowance means I pay tax) So 360 less 200 winter fuel =160 overall increase for a year. In effect overall that means I'll get 3.00 a week to cope with everything going up. Starmer and Reeves can be REALLY PLEASED WITH THEMSELVES !! 🤬🤬🤬🤬👏

  12. And today another 20k for 6 weeks accomodation for his son to study... Thats 333 a week. Chequers, own home, downing st...but nowhere to study ???? Sounds more like an expensive holiday 🤔

  13. Ok. I've worked my increase out for next year. 1) I'm pushed into tax 2) no 200 pnds so take that off money coming in 3) end result . THREE POUNDS A WEEK INCREASE. Wow that will REALLY keep up with inflation. I don't want a reply Save it for the wine millionaires yr touting.

  15. It's going to get even rockier I think. I waited 6 years too. Last year pushed into tax because of a small work pension. Losing the WFA I reckon next year's increase will be 160 = 3.00 a week.
