  2. I did embrace it. I never thought I would ever be a Linux user, but I am. And very happy with it. I don't care at all if Linux will forever be a niche. If Peppermint stays this good, I will keep using it.

  3. At the moment KDE is my favorite. With Fluent dark theme and Thunderbird and Firefox with the dark theme looks amazing, imo🙂 Xfce my second favorite.

  6. You actually know what you're doing. Me I would struggle forever to install Gentoo, but I don't have the patience nor the knowhow, but it was nice to watch you do it. EB one of his goals for 2018 is to do the same, so looking forward to his video about doing Gentoo. Will there be a part 3?

  15. Rounded corners are the worse thing since Trump became president again. Personally I absolutely don't like them. The bar and the font is to small for my old eyes.

  18. Default Zorin has a modified Gnome desktop. Modified Dash to panel and Arc menu. Zorin Light has a modified Xfce desktop.

  26. I ticked off third party software, because it needs secure boot to be off, but it asks for a password, wich I don't have. But after installing it everything works fine and you can always install codecs later if I remember correctly. Minimal install doesn't work, it installs everything. Been running Pep 9 almost 2 days now and no problems so far. And Timeshift is available in Synaptic now.

  31. I miss the Plata theme which was the default theme. They changed it to Materia-gtk-theme. Xfce version is always Beta. Which is weird because it has 4.20🤔

  43. Theming you can't do much, except choose a dark theme, but it won't apply to the file manger for instance. You should have gone with the Home edition, but Zeb already mentioned that. Happy Easter.

  45. The theming is very inconsistent. Firefox is white, calculator is. I hate that. If you're using a dark theme everything should open with the dark theme. 24.04 is a buggy mess. Better wait for the point release.
