  1. Rossrful Mate, you’re a joke, even though this useless Tory government isn’t funding the NHS properly and staff are stressed it’s STILL far better than the US shitshow. Had recent serious health issues and the NHS has been wonderful in sorting me out....and no worrying about whether my insurance will cover long term costs!!! We pay less per capita than any other major country....time to pay a bit more to get even better healthcare, I say!

Don’t worry mate, we Brits are doing just fine not having to worry about crumbling infrastructure and being able to sleep at night not worrying about whether our insurance will cover any long term health issues. Eighteen months ago went to my doctor with mild pain in abdomen, one of tests was PSA for prostate cancer, came back with high reading so went through more tests, inc. MRI’s, ultrasound, biopsies, etc. culminating in a diagnosis of early stage cancer in March of last year. Shortly after a four hour prostatectomy followed by aftercare treatment. AND ALL BRILLIANT SERVICE!!! Do you know how much this wonderful service cost me at time of use? Zero pounds zero pence! I could not, imo, have received better treatment. So fuck right off with your ignorant claims.....time after time you have shown yourself to be a pathetic joke. NO OTHER COUNTRY wants the disgusting US system, stupid fuckwit.
