  3. Did Russia not occupy over 20% of Ukrainian territory, so if they now say only have 17% they haven’t gained anything but lost territory. With regard to the EU they will become self reliant, for the simple reason that the US is unreliable. So basing Russias future on Trump would be unwise.because the gamble Russia took in western fatigue didn’t work out for Russia.
