  1. Many people question whether the educational system is up to standard. The question should be is the student able to learn. In general circumstances a good understanding of the three Rs will suffice. Academically a student of a certain age should be tested and placed in the most advantageous place for their abilities, from here those unable to achieve the same results should look to careers in the trades and educated to the standard. Those not able to achieve these standards should be taught to the best of their abilities to reach a national standard of education so they are able to take up employment. Skill centres catering for the trades could be established nation wide thus from eleven years of age students could be taught a number of trades and their strengths and weaknesses worked on.
