  1. Hi Vanessa, What a lovely cafe you stopped out, my mouth was watering when I saw the delicious looking vegan cakes. What a horrible experience it is when your boat engine suddenly stops on the river. It was lucky that you weren’t on a fast flowing river at the time. I’ve never seen so much duck weed and blanket weed as there are on the rivers and canals this year. We’ve had a similar problem with our boat engine twice this year because of the weed, luckily both times we’ve been near our marina when our engine has suddenly stopped! What amazing wildlife again and that sunset was picture perfect. Amazing journaling as always, you’re so talented. Take care, Mr and Mrs Mindful and Zephyr.xxxxx
