Hi Vanessa, you’ve inspired me to get my old bread making machine out. I find if you leave the bread to cool down for about 15 minutes before attempting to turn it out the bread comes out a little easier. What lovely swan families and amazing scenery as always. I’ve always loved the Country Diary Of An Edward Lady, I still think you should get your journal published. Have you come across Secrets Of Devon Wood (My nature diary) by Jo Brown?
