  2. Who was talking to him about his "Powers of Declaring an Insurrection"? We all know that Trump isn't that smart to know it without someone telling him, so who was filling his head with those ideas? Was it from people in the White House, or was it from the people he spoke to on the phone? It's sounding like Steve Bannon or Steven Miller or Mike Flynn or maybe all of them (and even Putin) were putting thoughts in his head and reinforcing each other.
