  2. YEP! Consider carefully these words when spoken from a Republican, for they do not mean what you think they would mean: Our Heritage, Our History, Real Patriot, Real Patriotism, Real Americans, True Americans, Our America, Our Culture, Our Values, ... the list grows.

  3. History repeats itself for many reasons, both good and bad ... but right now I wonder if it repeats simply because Republicans think they can improve on/avoid/ignore the mistakes made by the fascists of the past.

  5. Agreed ... I'd even go so far as to make it a three day event, with heightened identity/security measures, to be sure there are no long ass lines to wait in and no voter fraud.

  10. INTERESTING ... If Congress can't decide to vote on a bill/legislation after X amount of days or weeks of deliberation or holding it up, then it has to be put before the PEOPLE to vote on it within X amount of days or weeks. Now, if only we could be sure of getting over 80% participation in the voting. Maybe we need to make voting mandatory.
