  2. Term limits wouldn't really change that. What would be better is if we could vote out any elected official in a "No Confidence" special election.

  3.  @paulmillbank3617  Would it tho? I see it the other way around. Term limits would prevent good office holders from ever really getting to understand how the system works before they have to leave and start the learning process all over again for the next person ... while the lobbyist and career public/civil servants gain even more influence in Govt. because they stay in their positions. The better solution IMO is to give the voters a way to remove the bad office holders as I suggested earlier.
