They FEAR the truth making them feel guilty and sympathy. Pretending to be unaware of it all, because they set things up to keep it that way, gets their through the day.

@itaygeva663 Genocide isn't based on numbers. gen·o·cide /ˈjenəˌsīd/ noun the deliberate killing of a large number of people from a particular nation or ethnic group with the aim of destroying that nation or group. "a campaign of genocide"

@itaygeva663 Slow genocide is still genocide when the deaths are focused on a specific group of people. You keep looking for numbers, numbers are not in the definition. If we were to compare "numbers" there is a great disparity in the number of killings targeted upon Jews as opposed to the killings of Palestinians.
