  1. It is a similar idea, your guaranteed income would come from "taxes" put on business. They will most likely call it shares or dividends ... like how it is explained in the video.

  2. Only in a perfect world would this work ... since we live in an imperfect world the greed of the businesses will call for a culling/purge.
