  1.  @McMintyMP  what's left out of this talking point is that those same places before the secure storage requirements were passed, were already high on the list for firearm deaths/injury. The law was passed as a stopgap until a more effective solution was found and agreed upon.

  4. Man goes into gun show, buys guns because he can pass background checks. Goes out to parking lot and sells guns to people who can't pass the background checks. Man makes legal argument that it was a private exchange.
