  1. Oliver. If any plane enters British airspace without permission it is sent packing and if it does not go it either has to land or gets shot down. Russia would not dare to do more than make a mild protest.

  3. 9/11 was in 2001 and the RAF was doing QRA using the Tornado F 3, but why would the RAF have anything to do with New York over 3,000 miles away, surely USA has it`s own air force.

  5. With the best fighter able to get where it is needed very quickly standing patrols make no sense. The RAF has more Typhoons than the USA has Flop 22`s
