He is going to stay in prison for as long as he lives, if he had stopped before driving into anyone that would have been fine and he would probably have been on his way, if he had stopped when he hit the first victim there might be some doubt but he kept going hitting all those people, that was more than deliberate. I was once walking when hit by a car, it was a glancing blow and almost knocked me off my feet, ok, it could have been an accident but the driver then reversed as fast as he could into me before I had regained my balance, fortunately it was another glancing blow and my wrist was the only injury, he then drove off as fast as he could, no one got his registration number. That was deliberate and could have been much worse.
