  1. Not that you ever saw one fly and no it would not turn like a Zero, the Zero only turned tight at low speed, this would turn much like an Me 262 or not well at all. The only experimental version to fly crash landed on the second of three short flights and crashed on the third killing the test pilot.

  2. It was deadly back then to any pilot unlucky enough to fly one, fortunately only one experimental version ever flew briefly and of course crashed killing the test pilot
