In 3rd worlds simple bleach bottle lights and small solar kits are innovation. But the panels could get cancer

@PrezVeto step one is so moly subsidize like the grotesque subsidies for oil. Wind solar and battery tech can do it all it just takes innovation but at the very least they can shave the dirt away. There is also a mass third world that can develop not to be dirt dependent. A simple coke bottle filled with bleach bottle was a big step recently in poor folks shanty's lighting
