Yeah, fortunately for Norway - Denmark has blocked a lot, and Sweden took the main bulk. Norway's got a lot of productive and good immigrants from Sweden and Poland instead.

I mean running Norway must be the simplest thing in the world. And they still mess it up. Their incompetence is mind boggling.

Yes, but its actually a "problem" for Norway now. Every year we're getting richer and richer, compound interest on the oil-fund keeps it skyrocketing. At the same time as everyone knows things are going well for Norway, however the government is running a lot of policies that makes normal Norwegian's economy worse. If it was bad times, then nobody would complain. But for Norway, its the best of times, and Norwegians should be richer than ever. But we're not. We're poorer than in a long while.

Crisis in Norway means no butter in the stores.

Its pretty hard to screw up Norway more than the current government has managed. So I'd say - yes, any change will be for the better.

Progress Party is very much anti-Russian, and pro NATO and pro USA. The only party in Norway that had any "reservations" about helping Ukraine was the far left party, as they are "anti-war". But they got over it. There is pretty much no love for Russian aggression in Norway - even though Putin is making Norway very rich.

@ - yeah, its not as bad as other places in western Europe, but it could have been much worse.
