  1. I actually think the "average days lost pr. capita" measurement is a good one. If a disease affects a large part of the population, and kills a lot of young - it would get a high number. A disease that kills just a few old people, makes for a low number. And 1.5 days sounds about right for Covid in the US. Living in Norway, I'd guess we've lost about 0 days. Even the funeral homes had to lay of people, as number of deaths were so few.
