  3. This concept would work perfectly for my driving pattern. I have 98% short daily trips, but then 2% are long duration highway trips. I don't need any real high performance or anything on those long trips, it is just about cruising at highway speeds for a longish distance. Today I have a PHEV for as it suits my driving scenario, but going fully electric would be nice. But as you say, until we hear more, I'm skeptical.

  4. Sounds like a combination of both. Probably bad judicial system in Japan (not first time I've heard about it), and CEO getting to busy with lining his own pockets. Nice guys finish last, so this man is no nice guy.

  5. I just cancelled my Netflix subscription. Have had it for many years, but eventually figured out that I was not really watching anything from Netflix anymore, and that other platforms was where I was watching movies from. Given the high price, I thought it was time to kill it off. Basically the monthly price was too high compared to my usage. If they had like a half priced or 1/3 - priced option that maybe allowed you 10 so movies a month, that would be something I would consider. I only have that much time for TV entertainment, and with a lot of streaming services, there is not that many movies I've got time for seeing from a particular provider anyways.

  6. There is an enormous market out there for the taking. Many of these robots have different strengths, and weaknesses. Some are better at locomotion, some better hand agility, some better at understanding humans. I think the 2030s will be the iRobot decade. Its going to be a very interesting journey.

  7. This is Googles "Kodak moment". But it all really boils down to how hard it is to make a GPT AI. I just want the GPT AI to replace our politicians.
