  1. This concept would work perfectly for my driving pattern. I have 98% short daily trips, but then 2% are long duration highway trips. I don't need any real high performance or anything on those long trips, it is just about cruising at highway speeds for a longish distance. Today I have a PHEV for as it suits my driving scenario, but going fully electric would be nice. But as you say, until we hear more, I'm skeptical.
