  2. Strange that Bernie didn't ask what a Big-Mac menu costs in Norway. Or what the price is for a 6-pack of beer. Or a pound of beef. Or how much hiring a plumber for a day would set you back. These questions where all tailored to make Norway look as good as possible.

  3.  @JoshMcSwain  - True, but all that welfare has a very high cost to it as well. Could US have public healthcare, sure - why not. It already has public schools and military. So it is possible to do public things in the US. But comparing Norway to USA is otherwise pretty moot. Those two countries are very dis-similar in a lot of ways, and what works in one country will not necessarily work in another.
