  2. NATO has been deliberately vague on what a response would be to a nuclear attack in Ukraine by Russia. a) Unclear. b) Unclear. c) Probably. d) Probably. e) Unclear. More likely is that the West (and probably a lot of the world) would be so horrified, that being neutral no longer being an option.
