  2. Yes, its easy to make hydrogen and oxygen out of water as shown in the video. You can do this at home no problem.

  3.  @sauloost5354  - oh, the yields is going to be low. Hydrogen is an energy carrier, not energy. So when in ash form (water) you need to spend a lot of energy to get it back to hydrogen, so that you can regain (parts of) that energy when burning it later. But it is a nifty chemistry experiment.
