  2. US has military bases all over the world. I guess it will now work with Finland to get things setup there as well.

  3. You fail to recognize that one of the main exports from the US is weapons - and military equipment and manufacturing is a very big industry in the US. US doesn't really want other NATO countries to "build your own", as that undermines that industry.

  5. Bases built in the 1980s, height of cold war, with nuclear weapons in mind. I'm pretty sure they have this figured out.
