  1. That's a pretty ridiculous strategy, if I ever heard one. If nukes would be used, it would be against a minor Ukrainian target - forcing Ukrainian capitalization without necessarily getting NATO involved. Nuking NATO, which is having 6000 nukes available to respond with, is not a good idea. Just a tit-for-tat response of nuking say Kaliningrad by NATO would leave Russia in a very bad position.
