  4.  @sharimeline3077  no, it isn't. courts have proceedings in place for people/situations like that. they will literally take it into their own hands if that's the case. a few more hoops to jump through, but the government cannot literally make you stay married to someone just because one party won't cooperate. these systems have been in place for decades. the more you know.
