  2. just an fyi: in addition to what this doctor is saying, the difference between a coroner and a medical examiner is education. coroners don’t always have any formal education other than experience (some states don’t even require an associates degree). a medical examiner has a medical degree and valid license to practice medicine (they went to med school).

  4. they do over & over again. change starts with laws and funding. why go after the lowest on the totem pole? what example of that working do you have that that has ever casting longterm change? actually asking. starting at the bottom will do nothing for those at the top making the decisions that the people making $30g/year are expected to withhold.
