  45. 27:00 false. a neighbor that saw these videos at the neighbors house who caught it on film came forward and spoke about it. it was NOT a garbage truck. the timing was off, and she saw the video before it was edited into what it is now. the police are lying. she did an interview with jlr months ago about this. she also mentioned their trash was picked up that day, on time. i’d suggest listening to the interview.
