@Dinehr846 read the room. her job is to give clear instructions—she did not. hence, where we are today.

@CourtTV fact of the matter is: even if the jury didn’t get clear instructions, when they came to her saying they were locked, she should have given them instructions with a fine tooth comb. made sure they clearly understood the assignment.
