  1. he called him danny ;'( <3 never underestimate or underappreciate living next to an elder. they see and hear more than you know. and you never know when you will need them/need them to do the right thing for you. next time you see your elder neighbor, offer a friendly hello and a little conversation. maybe offer to help them bring in groceries every once in a while. <3 and this poor man to have to witness such a thing at a late stage in life. such a thing to carry.

  2.  @mistiemerritt6376  partially true. she has limited immunity from the conversation she had that indited her brother and when she was subpoenaed to take the stand. those words cannot be used against her. however, she has yet to be indited herself, leaving her open for questioning/charges of her own--even if they are less than what she deserves. she'll get what's coming to her...they're peeling everyone off around her.
